Initial movement screen and mechanical assessment video breakdown used to tailor your prep work, throwing drills and progressions.

Throwing Program
New block every 5 weeks. Plyo progressions, long toss, bullpens, pulldowns etc. all tailored to each athletes needs. Great for in-season, off-season, return to throw, velocity training, shut down periods, and everything in between.

Pre and Post-Throw Exercises
Daily soft tissue and mobility work, targeted corrective exercises, Med ball series, post-throw arm care & recovery. All aimed to create a good routine for sustained health over the course of a season.

Ongoing Video Feedback and Communication
Submit throwing drills, mound work, bullpens, pitch grips, etc. anytime to get coach feedback in a free to use app. Ask questions, make adjustments any time.

Discounted In-Person Sessions
Schedule time to work in person at a discounted rate. Come in 5 times a month or 5 times a year, completely up to you.
About Your Coach – Caleb Sampen
Coach Caleb Sampen is a former Wright State standout drafted by the Los Angeles Dodgers in 2018. He earned 2019 Midwest League All-Star honors and was named Bowling Green Hot Rods Player of the Year that season.
Caleb has trained at top facilities across the country, is Driveline Baseball certified, and has spent the last several years writing throwing programs for professional and Power 4 pitchers. His training blends proven data-driven methods with the real-world experience of competing at the highest levels – now delivered directly to you through The Pitch Club.
